Rutilated Quartz

Rutilated Quartz is clear or occasionally smoky quartz with golden yellow to brownish-red needles in it that can form patterns within the crystal.
This type of crystal is known to the French as fleches d’ amour, or “love’s arrows”; they are also sometimes called Venus’ hair stones. The rutiles augment the transmission power and energy of the quartz. This is a very powerful healing crystal. It affects all of the chakras and can assist in regenerating damaged tissue and brain cells, and improve the condition of blood vessels and veins. It can also repel or dissolve depression and ease mid-life crises. When placed on the solar plexus, it will unblock sluggish centers of energy and help to balance the entire system. Generally detoxifying it is helpful with smoking and drug problems.
